Why Professionalism & Etiquette are Key to Your Career
In this day and age, with the advent of social media, our personal and professional lives have converged, to the point that it is almost impossible to tell them apart. Being mindful of how you communicate with a student is part of being professional. At the end of the day, students are clients and clients mean business.
This webinar will explore why professionalism and etiquette are key to having a successful career in ELT. We will discuss ways to appropriately communicate with our students through informal channels such as Whatsapp.
We also invite you to reflect on your own practices and how they affect your career, positively or otherwise.
