The SIG Morning is a dedicated space within the Conference designed for more focused interaction around specific areas of professional interest through the BRAZ-TESOL Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Through interactive sessions that connect theoretical foundations and pedagogical practices, participants are invited to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange informed experiences, and build professional connections in a collaborative environment.
Participation in the SIG Morning is exclusive to registered Conference attendees and is included in the Conference registration at no additional cost.
The SIG Morning will take place on July 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. During this four-hour experience, participants select a SIG aligned with their professional interests and engage in sessions focused on key topics in English language teaching and learning.
Led by experienced professionals and SIG affiliates, the sessions create space for deeper discussions, sharing of practices, collaborative learning, and community building.
Whether you want to explore current topics, exchange classroom experiences, expand your professional network, or connect with educators who share similar interests, the SIG Morning is a unique opportunity to start your Conference journey in an engaging and purposeful way.
Each SIG has limited availability (50 participants per group). Advance registration is required and spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
